On our recent trip to Asheville, our realtor Kevin was ill & Chris filled in. Chris was immediately at our service! I gave him a list of 8 properties we wanted to see. We saw 7 out of those (1 was under contract) 8. Chris was always prompt, well dressed and smiling. He drove us all over Asheville touring, eating, seeing properties and he even allowed us time to shop a bit!! Chris is fairly new to the real estate business but that did not slow him down at all. If he didn’t know something he quickly looked it up or called a resource and had our answers. His follow up with us was expedient & conference calls were held, our contracts signed & negotiations were painless!
