Brittany Baliles

Brittany Baliles is an Asheville native. She completed an undergraduate degree in Business Finance at Appalachian State University. She has been part of a family that is familiar with the real estate market for this area. Because of this family history and her business degree, she has developed a skill for uncovering the potential of specific properties and the aptitude to value a property in a way that often allows it to be sold at a competitive price. Property often has a hidden value and Brittany always endeavors to discover what that is.

She spent time in Australia in a program that emphasized leadership development along with many other international students.

Brittany likes to travel.  She also values staying fit and spending time with her family and friends.
