Britt Baliles is an Asheville native with a lifelong connection to real estate. The daughter of first-generation college graduates who built her family’s generational wealth through property investments, Britt grew up on the front lines of the industry. For nearly a decade, she has overseen her parents’ portfolio, helping them nearly double their passive income. This experience, combined with her degree in Business Finance from Appalachian State University—where she graduated in the top ten percent of her class—gives her a sharp eye for investment opportunities and the business insight to recognize a property’s true potential.

Britt is a strong negotiator, well-versed in the market and diligent about staying up to date on current reports and trends. She works hard for her clients, bringing both expertise and empathy to every transaction.

Her passion for community is at the heart of who she is. Britt dedicates much of her time to working with children and families in Buncombe County’s government housing communities, creating opportunities for kids to experience life beyond their circumstances. Whether through outings, outdoor adventures, or enrichment programs, she focuses on building confidence and self-esteem in young people. Britt also takes pride in owning a home in beautiful North Asheville, within walking distance of the Grove Park Inn, where she is often hands-on with renovations. She enjoys worldwide travel and staying active outdoors—whether hiking, biking, or spending time on the water.
