Clint is a native of Western North Carolina and has lived in the Asheville area for the past forty three years. As a lifelong resident of WNC, he has a love and appreciation of this beautiful area. He truly understands what a treasure WNC is and can offer his clients insights into this fantastic area. He holds a Masters in School Administration from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Gardner-Webb University. Currently, he is the principal at Pisgah High School and has worked in Buncombe County, Haywood County, and Asheville City over the last twenty years as either a teacher, coach, or administrator. He enjoys working in the real estate industry in his spare time.
Clint attended Gardner-Webb on a full athletic scholarship where he played quarterback for the Bulldogs. During his college career he excelled both on and off the field. He contributes much of his success as a leader to the discipline and perseverance he learned as a student athlete.
Clint has a daughter, Katy. They enjoy playing golf together and spending time outdoors, enjoying the beauty of WNC. Clint and his daughter Katy are devoted members at Lake Hills Baptist Church. Clint is an avid college football fan and enjoys tailgating and watching games with friends and family.
Clint is an outgoing individual who loves working with people. He values his clients and is focused on providing high-quality customer service. The "Family" atmosphere and building lasting relationships with clients and families is what he enjoys most about Mountain Oak Properties.
